Handling time:
Orders will usually be dispatched next working day (excluding weekends) if purchased before 11:30 GMT,

If an order is placed containing items that are on BACK-ORDER, The whole order will not be dispatched until the back-ordered items are in-stock, you will be notified by email once dispatched.

Our UK Shipping Fees
Uk Mainland Standard – Royal Mail 2nd Class
(2-3 business days)

Large Letter up to 750g — £4.70
Small Parcel up to 2kg — £5.30

Orders outside of the uk mainland will be dispatched using another courier and can take 3-5 days for delivery.

*Free shipping on orders over £50 – excludes orders containing aerosols and any orders shipping to outside of the UK.

International Shipping fees
We offer Weight Based costs for shipping into most International Countries – The prices are displayed at check out for orders up to a maximum of 15 kilograms in weight.
Prop Fox is not responsible for Import and Customs fees.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 11:30 pm GMT+1 (excluding holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm GMT+1 or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information where applicable. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the exact amount of such charges since they are specific to each location.

We currently accept the following payment methods (you will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order):

To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping bag. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) or PayPal account. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.

You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.

By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to New York and Tennessee. The rate of tax will be determined by the exact delivery address and displayed when placing your order.
